How do I pay for the shoot?
Shortly after you book your shoot, you will receive a PayPal Invoice. We ask that payment is made as soon as possible so there will be no delay in delivering your photos, videos or 3D Tours. You can pay with a check at the shoot, but we do not accept cash payments.
When and how will my photos, video or 3D tour be delivered?
So long as your payment has been received, you can expect your photos, video tour and/or 3D tour the morning following the shoot. Twilight photos and virtually staged photos may take up to 48 hours for delivery. All photos will be resized for easy upload to the MLS system, and we deliver both branded and unbranded video tours for MLS and social media platforms. We use Dropbox to deliver photos and videos, and 3D tours are delivered via web links. You do not need a Dropbox account to unzip and download your files.
How long will the shoot take?
Photos on an average size house will take about 45 minutes. If you are getting the Video Tour Package or adding on a 3D Tour, the shoot will take closer to 1.5 hours.
What if its raining during the shoot time?
If its looking like rain we may need to reschedule the shoot to another time or day, however, you will never see gloomy or grey skies in your photos. We add bright blue skies to the photos in post production when they are needed. The weather does not need to be prefect for your photos to be beautiful!
